  yes, Yes, YES!!

  We chose RIU Palace Kukulkan for our Cancun 2026 trip. Elite Club added their Elite Restaurant, Elite Pool, and many more pluses! Giovanna & Mafer took excellent care of us at the Elite Reception location. It was a very lively atmosphere around the Party Pool but we used all 4 pools during our stay. We were visiting during college football season so the Sports Bar was one of our favorite locations especially with its scenic ocean view while relaxing inside with A/C. The food and service was over the top! Visit the RIU Kukulkan all inclusive resort for your premium resort vacation!!

  Extremely Dissatisfied – Missing/Stolen Property and Misleading Advertising”.

  Dear General Manager / Corporate Guest Relations, I am formally escalating a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Upon my arrival, I already experienced an unacceptable situation when the transportation service attempted to charge me $100, despite the fact that I had made my transportation reservation approximately two weeks in advance. Even more concerning, a gold bracelet disappeared from my hotel room during my stay. I immediately reported the missing bracelet to hotel security. I was specifically told that an investigation would be conducted and that I would receive a response within 24 to 72 hours. I checked out of the hotel on Tuesday. Today is Sunday, and the promised 72-hour period has already passed. I have received no phone call, no email, no investigation update, and no explanation whatsoever. This is extremely concerning. A valuable piece of jewelry disappeared from my room while I was a guest at your property, and despite reporting it immediately and cooperating with hotel security, I have been left without any information. I am requesting immediate written confirmation of: 1. The status and results of the security investigation. 2. The incident/report number associated with my complaint. 3. Whether the electronic door-lock/access records for my room were reviewed. 4. Whether hotel employees or other individuals who accessed my room during the relevant period have been identified. 5. Whether available security-camera footage was reviewed. 6. The name and contact information of the manager or security supervisor handling my case. 7. What action the hotel intends to take regarding my missing gold bracelet. I would also like a written explanation regarding the transportation issue and the attempted $100 charge despite my advance reservation. I reported this matter in good faith and was assured that I would receive an answer within 24 to 72 hours. That deadline has passed. I therefore expect an immediate response from hotel management or corporate guest relations. If I continue to receive no response or satisfactory resolution, I will have no alternative but to escalate this matter through RIU corporate management, the appropriate consumer-protection authorities, and the appropriate local authorities regarding the missing jewelry.   Great Fun and Awesome Food

  Absolutely love this place can't say enough about it. And the Elite experience is the way to go. A big shout out to Ivan at the pool bar, Julian at the lobby bar and Christian for beach service.They were all fantastic!!!!

  Life Saving Experience

  A Lifesaving Experience I’ll Never Forget Yesterday, I experienced something I never expected while on vacation. I was caught in a strong riptide current and found myself in a terrifying situation where I genuinely feared for my life. I was panicking and struggling to get back to safety, and in that moment, Juvenal, one of the hotel’s lifeguards, came to my rescue. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that Juvenal was there at exactly the moment I needed help. When you are in a state of fear and panic and suddenly have someone trained, calm, and ready to help you, it means everything. Juvenal didn’t just do his job yesterday — he helped save my life. I will never forget that. I want to sincerely thank Juvenal and the entire hotel staff for having someone there who was prepared to respond when it mattered most. Please make sure Juvenal knows how much his actions meant to me and how grateful I am. I came here for a vacation and never imagined I would leave with a story like this. I’m incredibly thankful to be here, thankful for the hotel, and most of all, thankful that Juvenal was there when I needed him. Thank you, Juvenal.   Great service ! 10/10 especially the friendly bartender Alfredo at the Daiquiri bar very attentive and super nice definitely recommend this hotel for everybody looking for a relaxing but yet entertaining vibe drinks were also delicious made with love for sure 💕💕
